按ESC健直接關機了，怎么解決呢？根據聯想工程師意見，這是靜電問題。
我們移除筆記本電腦外接電源適配器以及u盤、鼠標等所有的外接設備，關機，長按電源開關，直至聽見內部風扇長轉幾秒鐘到停止轉動（或者長按20秒左右），再松開電源開關，即可正常開啟電腦。
